My name is Jürgen Bodenstab – I'm a qualified engineer, based in Leipzig and closely connected to Usedom for many years. Together with my team in Koserow, I look after a growing number of holiday apartments directly on the island.

Koserow sits at the narrowest point of Usedom, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser. People still know one another here, distances are short and the sea is never far. Our local team cares for every apartment in detail – cleaning, maintenance and handover included.

There's something for everyone with us: small apartments for couples, spacious flats for families and stylish maisonettes for groups of friends. Four-legged friends are warmly welcomed on request.
